Only complete boxes can be ordered and shipped. You can check the quantity per box in the price list and catalogue (cardboard symbol).

On request it is possible to have a customization of the packaging. Minimum net order amount per item € 500.00. These items are excluded from returns.

On request, it is possible to have certain articles in particular RAL. For these items a surcharge of 40% on the standard price is required. Minimum net order amount € 500.00. In case of orders below the minimum, an extra € 100.00 must be added. These items are excluded from returns.

Must be submitted in written form within 8 days of receipt of the goods.

Must be previously authorized by MB in writing. In the event of an error on the part of the customer in the purchase, the cost of returning the goods are at his expense. After checking the goods, a credit note will be issued for the value of the goods minus 30% as management cost (see section Return Policy ).

Failure to comply with the agreed payment deadline entails the debit of default interest at the legal rate increased by 7 percentage points, in accordance with the European Directive 2000/35 / EC; it also involves the request for advance payment, even for orders already confirmed with different payment conditions.
