Do you need to return an MB FIX product?

MB FIX SRL accepts returns only with prior written authorization from the responsible Office.

Below are the applicable conditions:

1. Terms and authorization

Return requests must be submitted within 90 days from the date of the DDT.
Each return must be authorized; goods sent without authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
Shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
A variable handling fee may be applied for inspection and reconditioning.

2. Condition of the goods

Intact, unused, not installed.
Complete with original packaging, ready to be returned to stock.

3. Defective or non-conforming goods

Full refund or replacement of the material.
MB FIX will assess whether the return will be arranged at its own expense or whether disposal is appropriate.
Fast replacement shipment available upon request.

4. Items excluded from return

Customized, made-to-measure, or made upon request.
Discontinued items, promotional stock, special RAL colors.
Non-conforming material.
Items with limited availability / reduced stock: MB FIX SRL will decide on a case-by-case basis whether to accept the return, depending on product availability and condition of the goods.

5. Procedure

Contact the sales representative by e-mail and attach the completed Return Authorization Form.
Provide photos if necessary.
You will receive a response within 2–3 business days with the result and instructions.
